Team Snack Patrol has been working on Cheese Jerky®for several years to unlock the secret of putting Beef Jerky and other meats into cheese WITHOUT extensive heat processing... After countless hours of hard work, we deciphered the Cheese Jerky® code.  Thus, we created Original Cheese Jerky® and Peppered Cheese Jerky®! Cheese Jerky tastes great, strings beautifully, and have deliciously subtle flavors. 

Cheese Jerky® is completely unique and original.  It combines an incredible, farmstead Mozzarella with premium, custom produced beef jerky.  The mozzarella cheese comes from a small farm in Wisconsin, that has it's own cows.  It doesn't use powdered milk and the farm is very green, partly because the milk is already at the cheese plant!  The jerky also comes from another company headquarted in Wisconsin and basically takes the most premium jerky you would buy on the shelf, and shreds it up!  The combination of these two flavors has really got people excited, because it's such a natural fusion.  We often get the question "Why hasn't this been done before?"  The jerky adds just enough taste and texture to the string cheese to make it incredibly delicious, without taking away from the cheese itself. 

But just because Snack Patrol has two flavors, doesn't mean that we're done there.  Not only are we going to come out with new and exciting flavors of Cheese Jerky®, but we're going to continue to create new and innovative snack foods to make the world a better place.

So rest assured because Snack Patrol is on duty working entirely for you, with Great Snacks to the Rescue! Plus we're fun!  For example, below is just another day at the office :)  We were discussing our advertising campaign and naturally, Maybee (Snack Patrol's official dog), made some very insightful marketing ideas. 

Snack Patrol distributes Cheese Jerky® locally and regionally. Cheese Jerky® is currently available for sale around Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, North Dakota, South Dakota, Idaho, Nebraska, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Wyoming, and Iowa... and soon  the rest of the country... and then the world...  and then space...  Seriously though, we're sending samples to NASA :-)
